The Valentina Restaurant, undoubtedly a magical place for its location within a colonial site, is situated on the terrace of the old machinery room, overlooking beautiful gardens and lush trees. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and can accommodate up to 60 people. On one side of the restaurant Valentina we have the Victoria terrace, ideal for dinners or birthdays. It has a capacity for 32 people.

This is where you will taste exquisite recipes of Mexican haute cuisine, created by our chef Pedro May, a proud Yucatecan. Each dish is impeccably prepared with fresh ingredients of the highest quality, rescuing Mexican roots and techniques. The Hacienda Santa Cruz has its own vegetable garden within its premises to give an even more special touch to his recipes.


Chef Pedro May, born in Mayapán, a small town south of the state of Yucatán, with peasant parents. Save childhood memories, are in your grandmother’s kitchen, smells and flavors, like that of the iguana in red nugget. It was his mother and grandmother who taught him the art of Yucatecan cuisine.

Today, Hacienda Santa Cruz inspires and delights its guests with proudly Mexican dishes of its creation.
